About the Role

The Michael Page HR team is seeking a highly skilled People Business Partner to join our organization. As a key member of our Human Resources Department, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our leadership team, driving business success through effective talent management and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy, ensuring a positive impact on our organization's growth and success.
  • Lead and manage a team within the Human Resources Department, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the best talent is attracted and retained.
  • Support business needs through the development and management of talent, driving business success through effective people management.
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs, ensuring our employees have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics, informing business decisions and driving strategic growth.
Requirements
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices, with a strong knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive business success through effective talent management and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
