Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Financial Manager

**Job Summary:**

Inventum Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for managing Record to Report (RTR) tasks, ensuring compliance with Group Policies, and supervising a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for finance teams and auditors, addressing stakeholder queries and providing timely analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls over financial reporting, identifying and proposing improvements in accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with process owners and managers for root cause analysis, utilizing advanced Excel skills and experience with complex models.
  • Supervise a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of RTR tasks.
  • Work closely with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring the highest level of financial accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or similar qualification (studying towards or completed).
  • +3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or multinational companies.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with complex models.
  • SAP certification is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and adherence to corporate policies.
