Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement of office supplies and merchandise, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
  • Assist in coordinating office maintenance and necessary repairs.
  • Maintain a pristine office environment, overseeing budgets for orders and addressing the team's needs while monitoring supplies.
  • Act as a liaison among internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
  • Handle the distribution of incoming mail and manage outgoing mail and packages.
  • Continuously assess, prioritize, and address new and ongoing requests.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital files and records for easy access to information.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • Availability to work onsite four days a week.
