Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of office supplies and merchandise, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Assist in coordinating office maintenance and necessary repairs.
- Maintain a pristine office environment, overseeing budgets for orders and addressing the team's needs while monitoring supplies.
- Act as a liaison among internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
- Handle the distribution of incoming mail and manage outgoing mail and packages.
- Continuously assess, prioritize, and address new and ongoing requests.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital files and records for easy access to information.
- Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Availability to work onsite four days a week.
