About the Role

Fugro is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marine Consultancy Project Administrator to join our Wallingford team. As a key member of the Marine Consultancy team, you will provide essential support to ensure efficient project execution and robust reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project record-keeping and financial metrics management
  • Budget management and project planning
  • Resourcing, progress tracking, and troubleshooting across various projects
  • Documentation management and contribution to project documentation development
  • Coordination of internal meetings and administrative tasks
  • Support for annual audits

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level with a minimum of GCSE Maths and English and A Levels in a numeracy related subject
  • Financial or project management administration experience
  • Ideal formal financial training
  • Prince 2 or APM qualifications beneficial
  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint essential with some knowledge of MS Project preferable
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Numeracy skills essential for this role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Focused on results delivery
