Branch Office Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated Branch Office Coordinator to support our sales team in a busy customer-facing environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for uploading property details onto major property portals, dealing with customer enquiries, and ensuring office expenditure is maintained within budgeted levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with administrative duties
- Upload property details onto major property portals
- Deal with customer enquiries
- Maintain office expenditure within budgeted levels
Requirements:
- Preferably experience as an Administrator/Secretary or similar role
- Customer-focused and comfortable in a client-facing role
- Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
