Job Summary:

Nuvei, a leading fintech company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Product, Technical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and improvement of our Sandbox Environment, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-level technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of Nuvei's API and integration products, including their functionality, features, and technical specifications.
  • Identify gaps and promote the development of new processes and technical features to improve the client onboarding experience.
  • Mitigate challenges, streamline testing and deployment processes, and enhance the merchants' satisfaction and trust in our sandbox-supported services.
  • Promote fresh innovations and ideas, adoption of new technologies, tools, processes, and practices to enhance our services and make us more attractive in the market.
  • Work collaboratively within the team to achieve goals and objectives, providing regular updates and feedback on performance and highlighting any technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities, with the capability to use data to support assumptions and define metrics.
  • Experience with Sandbox and in project management is an advantage.
  • Working Language: English (written and spoken) is the language used most of the time, as work colleagues, clients, and strategic suppliers are geographically dispersed.
