As a Paediatric Complex Care Assistant, you will work closely with our in-house Paediatric/Children\u2019s Clinical Lead and experienced Paediatric/Children\u2019s Care Coordinator to provide a comprehensive care experience for our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs
* Manage tracheostomy care and ventilation
* Administer medication and perform personal care tasks
* Use suctioning equipment and manage PEG feeding
* Monitor oxygen therapy and catheterization
* Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
* 1 year of experience in Paediatrics
* Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
