Paediatric Complex Care Assistant Oxfordshire

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Care First 24 Ltd. As a Paediatric Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to children with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tracheostomy care and management
- Administer medication and perform personal care tasks
- Manage ventilation via tracheostomy and nocturnal BiPap
- Assist with PEG feeding and suctioning
- Monitor oxygen therapy and catheterisation
- Work collaboratively with our Paediatric / Children's Clinical Lead and Care Coordinator
- 1 year of experience in Paediatrics
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
