Compassionate Care Partner for Complex Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Complex Care Assistant to join our team in Oxfordshire. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to a young person with complex needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized care packages, which may include:
- Tracheostomy care and management
- Ventilation via tracheostomy
- Nocturnal BiPap and Humidification - (Non-invasive ventilator)
- Medication administration
- Personal care (wash, nappy change etc)
- Suctioning (Yankeur/Deep Suctioning)
- PEG Feeding
- Diabetes blood monitoring
- Oxygen therapy
- Catheterisation
- Care and Use of Dual port - Gastro-Jej
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in Paediatrics
- A strong understanding of complex care requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
