About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Complex Caseworker to join our Rough Sleeper team in Oxford. This passionate team provides intensive support to individuals with complex needs experiencing homelessness, helping them transition from rough sleeping into sustainable accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advocate for clients who have been marginalized, making a lasting difference in their recovery.
  • Manage a caseload of clients, providing day-to-day support with their transition into accommodation and independent living, focusing on tenancy sustainment and rescue.
  • Collaborate with the Rough Sleeper Navigator and Outreach team, as well as relevant partner agencies, to deliver sustainable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to network and build effective relationships with various stakeholders.
  • A good working understanding of supporting vulnerable individuals with complex needs, such as substance use, mental, and physical health issues.
  • The ability to understand the difficulties clients experience in accessing services that meet their needs.
