About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Needs Support Specialist to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our Rough Sleeper team, you will provide intensive support to individuals with complex needs experiencing homelessness.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will work collaboratively with our Rough Sleeper Navigator and Outreach team, as well as relevant partner agencies, to deliver sustainable outcomes to clients.
  • You will advocate for clients who have been marginalized in the local area, making a real and lasting difference to their recovery.
  • You will oversee a caseload of clients, providing day-to-day support to help them transition from the streets into accommodation and independent living, with a strong focus on tenancy sustainment and rescue.

About You

We are looking for individuals who share our values and are passionate about supporting clients to sustain their recovery. If you have good communication skills, the ability to network and build effective relationships with a variety of people, and a good working understanding of supporting vulnerable individuals with complex needs, we encourage you to apply.
