Job Title: Therapeutic Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. As a Therapeutic Support Specialist, you will work with young people with complex needs, providing clinical support and guidance to educational and residential staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualised interventions for young people.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into all aspects of education, care, and support.
  • Offer consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams.

Requirements:

  • Be a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
  • Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
