About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities, to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and support to individuals with complex needs, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Build strong relationships with individuals and their families, ensuring a high level of respect, dignity, and equality.
  • Empower individuals to achieve their personal goals and aspirations, including daily activities and long-term objectives.
  • Support individuals to engage in social activities, such as holidays, events, and hobbies, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Work collaboratively with the deputy manager and other team members to ensure effective staff performance, development, and appraisal.
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be a key member of our team, working closely with individuals and their families to provide high-quality support and care.

You will have a calm, caring, and resilient nature, with a strong ability to lead by example and work collaboratively with others. A valid full UK manual driving license is essential, and you will be comfortable driving alternative vehicles.
