Paediatric Complex Care Assistant Oxfordshire

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Complex Care Assistant to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a Paediatric Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver tracheostomy care and management
- Administer medication
- Provide personal care, including washing and nappy changes
- Manage ventilation via tracheostomy
- Perform suctioning and PEG feeding
- Monitor oxygen therapy and catheterisation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of experience in Paediatrics
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
