As a Senior Sales Manager at Holiferm, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the personal care and cosmetic industries.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the personal care and cosmetic industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including personal care manufacturers and brands
- Travel approximately 50% of your time to meet with customers and build relationships
- Maintain and update our CRM system to track customer interactions and sales performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in consultative and technical sales, with a strong track record of success in the personal care and cosmetic industries
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate data and performance metrics
- A technical background, such as a relevant scientific degree or equivalent
