Emergency Department Sister/Charge Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team as a Sister/Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department at Barts Health NHS Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to the multidisciplinary team in the Emergency Department.
- Take charge of the department as required, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive quality improvement initiatives and enhance patient outcomes.
- Support the recruitment and development of junior staff members.
- Registered Nurse with current registration and a valid NMC PIN.
- Proven experience in an Emergency Department setting, with a minimum of two years' experience as a staff nurse.
- Specialist A&E Course and Advanced Trauma Nursing Course.
- Intravenous accreditation.
