About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Sister/Charge Nurse. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and deputise for the Ward Manager to ensure the provision of excellent nursing care and effective management of staff and resources.
  • Carry out day-to-day management and coordination of the ward/department.
  • Ensure education and training opportunities for all staff, including pre and post-registration students and/or providing specialist knowledge.
