Branas Isaf Children's Service operates under the CareTech Group. Established in 1993, CareTech is a prominent nationwide social care provider, delivering high-quality, tailored care and support solutions to children, young people, and adults throughout the UK.

As a Team Leader at Branas Isaf, your primary responsibility will be to inspire our children and young people towards a brighter future. You will support young individuals in thriving within their personal relationships and the broader community.

Essential Qualifications for Team Leader

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in residential childcare along with a Level 3 Children & Young People Award or equivalent
  • Proven experience in working within and leading a team
  • Driver (company provides a vehicle during working hours)
  • Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends)
  • Willingness to participate in the Management on-call system
