About the Role:
Akari Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our residential care home, providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and services to residents.
Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
Collaborate with the Home Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the effective management of the care home, including budgeting, staffing, and quality assurance.
Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care.
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of residents and staff.
Requirements:
Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
Experience of working in the healthcare sector, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
Hold an NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) certificate with an active PIN.
A caring and compassionate nature, with the ability to provide a personal approach to residents and staff.
Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Warm, approachable, and engaging persona, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and services.
