We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our team at Akari Care, a leading provider of award-winning care services for older adults. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in shaping the care experience for our residents, ensuring that they receive the highest standard of care and support.

About the Role

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Experience of working within the healthcare sector
  • Management/leadership experience (essential) and qualification (desirable)
  • An NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) certificate with an active PIN
