Job Title: Special Needs Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to provide specialist support to children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to children with ASC
  • Liaising with parents and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) regarding the child's progress
  • Supporting children within a primary school setting

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting children with ASC and challenging behaviour
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and with parents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
