About the Role

As an Educational Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience for students. You will be working in a classroom with diverse learning needs, including those requiring special educational needs (SEN) support.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Reliable and positive, with a passion for fostering educational growth.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both students and colleagues.
  • Capable of identifying learning gaps and providing necessary support.
  • Experience in managing classroom behavior in a setting of 28-31 students.
