Role Overview: In the capacity of an Advanced Educational Support Assistant, you will be instrumental in aiding classroom educators and enriching the educational journey of our students. Your collaboration with teachers will involve planning and executing lessons, providing individualized and small group assistance, and contributing to the holistic development of the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside educators to design and implement engaging and impactful lessons.
  • Deliver specialized support to students, particularly those with unique educational needs.
  • Assist in the creation of educational materials and resources.
  • Facilitate small group interventions and support sessions for academic recovery.
  • Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of student progress.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive educational atmosphere.
  • Oversee and manage classroom conduct in accordance with institutional policies.

  • A relevant qualification in educational support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A strong commitment to education and student achievement.
  • The capability to collaborate effectively within a team.

All quoted pay rates will include statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the potential for permanent placement in the future.
