Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Support Worker/Phlebotomist to join our team at Forth Valley Community Nursing Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to work closely with General Practice and Community Nursing teams, providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out delegated work on a daily basis, including phlebotomy and chronic disease monitoring
  • Work effectively within a team, using your own initiative and good communication skills
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Travel throughout the area of service delivery as required
Requirements
