About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and confident professional to join our team as an Autism Practitioner. As an Autism Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic adults across Fife, providing personalised care across a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalised support plans with the supported individuals, their support network, and other stakeholders to ensure their life goals and aspirations are met.
  • Build positive relationships with the supported individuals and their families.
  • Support individuals to participate in their chosen activities and engage with their local community.
  • Complete tasks necessary to maintain the home and provide personal care as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in support roles and be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of autistic individuals. You will also need to be able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, and be willing to undertake shift work.
