About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Meallmore Parklands Care Home in Alloa. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized nursing care to our residents, including those living with dementia and related conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice

• Oversee all aspects of the shift, including continuous assessments, planning and evaluation of resident needs

• Mentor team members and role-model best practice

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current registration with the NMC (RGN/RMN)

• Excellent communication and report writing skills

• Previous experience of leading a team is desirable
