About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Bank Support Workers to join our teams in Alloa and Tullibody, supporting individuals in their own homes.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide person-centred support tailored to the individual’s needs, assisting with daily tasks, administering medication, and supporting to attend community activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns, and physical health needs to live the best lives possible
  • Provide 1:1 support with daily tasks, including personal care, administering medication, and assisting with finances
  • Enable individuals to attend community activities, events, and hobbies that bring them joy

Requirements
  • Experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including 12-hour shifts, sleepovers, and waking nights
