About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Client Host to join our team at Hermès. As a Client Host, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and personalized greetings to clients upon arrival, setting the tone for a memorable experience.
  • Engage with clients on the floor, introducing them to relevant team members and ensuring a smooth transition throughout their visit.
  • Coordinate appointments and agendas, personally welcoming clients and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Support the sales and service team by ensuring they take breaks at the right time and providing additional support when needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all elements of service are available and proposed to clients, including refreshments and concierge services.

Concierge Services

  • Offer recommendations for hotels, restaurants, and other local attractions, fostering relationships with concierge personnel at neighboring hotels.
  • Provide clients with information on local events and exhibitions, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of what Mayfair and London have to offer.

Refreshments and Hospitality

  • Offer, prepare, and serve refreshments, teas, and coffees to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage porcelain and glassware orders, coordinating with the administration manager to ensure seamless execution.

Feedback and Standards

  • Identify areas for improvement and share ideas with the team, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of service.
  • Share best practices and inform management of potential customer complaints or concerns.
  • Contribute to maintaining excellent standards in store at all times, adhering to House procedures and protocols.
