About the Role
The Customer Relationship Centre is a key division within the E-commerce and Digital department of Hermès GB subsidiary, serving as the primary contact point for all UK and Ireland customers. As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing a cohesive and consistent message to our customers, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions across multiple platforms, including Eptica, Magento, PureCloud, Cegid, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and interactions, advising and developing sales opportunities.
- Make outgoing calls to proactively engage with customers, providing personalized styling guidance and support.
- Foster and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, balancing commercial and service excellence.
- Drive initiatives to improve the customer experience and ensure quality relationships with customers and stores.
- Provide extensive product information, communicate procedures, and ensure follow-up with stores or departments.
- Collaborate closely with retail stores and Head Office departments to build strong relationships and a close collaboration.
Competencies
- Empathetic and kind, with a strong sense of service and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their style needs and preferences.
- Assertive, with analysis, autonomy, and stress management skills, and a sharp sense of priorities.
- Agility with Microsoft Office tools and experience in e-commerce, retail, hotel, and hospitality sectors.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Contractual Information
Fully flexible 7 days a week between 8am to 7pm (rotated according to team schedule).

You must hold a valid visa allowing you to work full time for the duration of the contract.
