Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division is collaborating with a prominent manufacturing organization in North Lanarkshire, presenting a remarkable opportunity for a HR Assistant to contribute on a permanent basis.

This position is entirely onsite from Monday to Friday.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Updating and maintaining the HR database
  • Taking minutes during HR meetings
  • Preparing confidential correspondence
  • Managing HR spreadsheets and trackers
  • Recording and collating sickness absence
  • Assisting with recruitment processes and compliance checks for new starters
  • Generating HR reports
  • Updating training records and documentation
  • Coordinating and scheduling training sessions

Background Requirements:
  • Prior experience in HR administration
  • CIPD qualification or actively pursuing Level 3 is preferred
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Exceptional planning, coordination, and prioritization skills
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in MS Office
