**The role**
Our Transport Teams are vital in keeping us mobile and ensuring our customers get the best possible delivery service.

Our Transport Coordinators are at the forefront of what we do. Without their dedication and exceptional communication and organisational skills, we would not be the successful business we are today.
**Key accountabilities**
- Thoroughly debriefing drivers and raising any concerns to management.
- Data entry, ensuring all records are maintained on various in-house systems.
- Completing Driver record checks and forms.
- Organising servicing / maintenance.
- Keeping up to date with Transport compliance.
- Ensuring company policies & procedures are being adhered to.
- Monitoring delivery drivers for attendance, wearing uniform and PPE.
- Ensuring all road traffic accidents are reported to the Accident Management Company and the Hub Manager.
- Ensuring all goods are correctly delivered, or returned back to the premises, with relevant documentation.
- Assisting the Transport Management Team with ad-hoc tasks.

**Skills & experience**
- The ability to thrive within fast-paced customer driven environments.
- Highly organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a flexible approach, and enjoy working with large teams.
- Possess good knowledge of IT, systems and general good business practise.
- Demonstrate accuracy with an excellent eye for detail.
- Previous experience in Transport, Logistics and Supply Chain is desirable, but not essential.
- Previous use of Transport Management systems or similar would be advantageous
