Customer Service Coordinator

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Customer Service Administrator to manage on-site training for new recruits, including arranging transportation and logistical support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a valid UK driving license, and basic computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate on-site training sessions.
- Ensure all candidates complete necessary online training modules prior to attending local depot training.
- Provide detailed information about local depots, including field manager contact details.
- Communicate critical pre-training tasks to candidates.
- Efficiently record notes and actions taken during telephone interviews using our systems.
This role involves working Monday to Friday, 9am-7pm, with alternating shifts based on recruitment call activity and busy periods. You will also work rotational weekends, approximately every third weekend, from 10am-6pm, with a day off during the week.
RequirementsTo be successful in this position, you must be able to:
- Hold a valid UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
- Complete an average of 30 interviews per day with accuracy and attention to detail.
