Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Rental Customer Advisor to join our Motherwell Car & Van Rental branch. As part of a busy team, you will work closely with management and staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

About the Role
This is a full-time position requiring 45 hours per week, five days out of seven, and alternative weekends. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and committed to providing a high standard of customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a consistently excellent level of customer care, both face-to-face and over the phone.
* Utilize your communication and organizational skills to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
* Handle customer complaints and queries.
* Monitor and control expenditure.
* Run daily reports and ensure action is taken.
* Promote the branch and maintain a customer-centric focus.

Essential Skills
* Strong administrative skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Good communication skills.
* Flexibility to work shifts on a rota basis seven days per week and cover other branches.
* Full UK driving license.

Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
