About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Specialist to join our team at Big Red Recruitment. As an Application Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering and supporting solutions within and around the core ERP and wider business systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Needs Analysis: Understand and determine system needs via consultation, process analysis, and observation.
  • Customized Solution Development: Act as project principal to develop and configure customized solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, lead, and guide other Application Specialists.
  • Technical Documentation: Using technical expertise to create documentation, reports, and workflows.
  • Integration and Maintenance: Integrate solutions with wider business systems and help maintain and improve existing solutions and systems.
  • Technology Innovation: Understand the wider possibilities of technology and bring new ideas to reality.
Requirements
  • ERP Experience: Experience and knowledge of order processing ERP systems at high volume.
  • Technical Skills: Relational data, reporting, data manipulation, and BI experience.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process analysis skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Project Management: Self-driven, confident to lead and to listen to others, with the ability to manage and track multiple projects across teams and third parties.
Desirable Skills
  • Kerridge ERP System: Experience of the Kerridge ERP system.
  • Builders' Merchant Operations: Knowledge of Builders' Merchant operations and systems.
