Join Our Team as a Pre-Construction Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team at NSR Associates, a leading construction business with a global presence. As a Pre-Construction Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the pre-construction team, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and contributing to the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day queries, correspondence, and internal and external communication
  • Take minutes, book meetings, and manage diaries
  • Compile tender submission documents to suit tender deliverables
  • Manage presentations and marketing aspects, including paper and social media
  • Perform a range of administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to bring the best out of the pre-construction team while drawing on the capability of other colleagues in the region and the wider business
  • IT skills, including Excel and Word
  • Willingness to work in an office environment, 5 days a week, with a maximum 40-minute commute
  • Genuine drive and passion to develop a career
