Job Title: Senior Estimator

NSR Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in West London. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for tender submissions, ensuring that our bids are technically and commercially sound.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the tender process, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with the Head of Pre-Construction Director to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage and analyze complex data to inform pricing and commercial decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our estimating processes

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in pricing and estimation, with a strong track record of success
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical and commercial awareness, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Confidence and assurance when presenting to clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
