Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Early Years Leader to oversee the delivery of our Early Years programme. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment that fosters learning and development in our 4- and 5-year-old campers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a high-quality Early Years programme that meets the needs of our young campers.
- Lead a team of Early Years staff to ensure the delivery of a safe and enjoyable experience for all campers.
- Work closely with the Camp Manager to ensure all Ofsted requirements are met and that the welfare of our campers is prioritized.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure they're informed about their child's experience.
- Manage administrative duties, including sign-in/out, registration, and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Educated to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or Primary Education, with significant experience working with 4- and 5-year-olds.
- Proven experience of working with children and delivering activities that cater to different ages and abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and its application in a camp setting.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and challenges on camp.
