Job Title: Commercial Director

Amplifi Talent is proud to be working exclusively with a leading business in the construction sector, seeking an experienced Commercial Director to join their high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple high-value contracts, balancing client and project team needs.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead from the front, taking control of projects and ensuring timely submission of contractual documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project managers to create a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Develop and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors and other professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in commercial management and quantity surveying.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-value contracts and developing effective risk management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a leadership team and contribute to the growth and success of the business.
