At SF Executive, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and ensuring financial information is provided in accordance with group timetables.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide data analysis and commercial insight to increase transparency on business performance.
- Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs to drive business growth.
- Support the financial and commercial due diligence process on all acquisitions.
- Take the lead role in the financial integration of all acquisitions.
- Ensure customer credit risk is managed in accordance with Group policy.
- Perform reviews of commercial contracts and terms therein.
The successful Commercial Finance Director will be a qualified (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) and experienced finance lead with a proven track record of working within contract-led environments. You will have ideally been exposed to the pace of private equity-backed business and have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis.
This role is being offered on a hybrid basis, with the expectation of working 2 days from home and spending 3 days in the field. If you are a motivated and experienced finance professional looking for a new challenge, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
