Position: Equity Compensation and Deferred Benefits Administrator

In this role, you will oversee the administrative and operational responsibilities associated with the company's deferred compensation and equity incentive programs. These programs encompass various award types, including Restricted Stock Units, Performance Share Units, and Deferred Stock Options.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating annual vesting and distribution processes by collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Responding to inquiries from participants and internal stakeholders regarding taxation, payment status, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitating non-qualified stock option exercises in partnership with various departments.
  • Creating and updating participant communications, such as plan documents and stock certificates.
  • Conducting impact analysis for termination events and assisting with regulatory submissions.
  • Ensuring compliance and governance of plan operations while supporting internal audit requirements.

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A strong aptitude for accurate and thorough data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in the administration of compensation and equity plans.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and exposure to HR/Finance.
  • Experience in Project Management and HR Information Systems.
