Position: Equity Compensation and Deferred Benefits Administrator

In this role, you will oversee the administrative and operational functions associated with the company's deferred compensation and equity incentive programs. These programs encompass various award types, including Restricted Stock Units, Performance Shares, and Deferred Stock options.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating annual vesting and distribution events by collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Responding to inquiries from participants and internal stakeholders regarding taxation, payment status, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitating non-qualified stock option exercises in partnership with various departments.
  • Creating and updating participant communications such as plan documents and stock certificates.
  • Conducting impact analysis for termination events and assisting with regulatory compliance.
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance and governance standards for plan operations and supporting internal audit processes.

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous:

  • Experience in managing recordkeeping for compensation and equity plans.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and exposure to HR/Finance functions.
  • Experience in Project Management and HR Information Systems.
