Position: Equity Compensation and Deferred Awards Administrator

In this role, you will oversee the administrative and operational responsibilities associated with the company's equity compensation and deferred awards programs. These programs encompass various award types, including Restricted Stock Units, Performance Share Units, and Deferred Stock Options.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating annual vesting and distribution processes by collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Responding to inquiries from participants and internal stakeholders regarding taxation, payment statuses, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Coordinating the processing of non-qualified stock option exercises with various departments.
  • Creating and updating participant communications, such as plan documentation and stock certificates.
  • Conducting impact analyses for termination events and assisting with regulatory compliance filings.
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance and governance standards of plan operations and supporting internal audit requests.

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A strong aptitude for accurate and thorough data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous:

  • Previous experience in the administration of compensation and equity plans.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and exposure to HR/Finance functions.
  • Experience in Project Management and HR Information Systems.
