Position: Deferred Compensation and Equity Awards Administrator
Company: Ameriprise Financial
In this role, you will oversee the administrative and operational responsibilities associated with the company's EMEA/APAC deferred compensation and equity award initiatives. These initiatives encompass various forms of awards and options, including Restricted Stock Awards, Performance Share Units, and Deferred Stock options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate annual vesting and distribution processes by collaborating with multiple teams.
- Respond to inquiries from participants and internal stakeholders regarding taxation, payment statuses, and troubleshooting issues.
- Coordinate the processing of non-qualified stock option exercises with various departments.
- Create and revise participant communications, such as plan guides and stock certificates.
- Conduct impact analyses for termination events and assist with regulatory submissions.
- Ensure compliance and governance of plan operations while supporting internal audit requests.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recordkeeping administration of compensation and equity plans.
- Knowledge of UCITS regulatory framework and exposure to HR/Finance.
- Experience in Project Management and HR Information Systems.
