Position: Deferred Compensation and Equity Awards Administrator

In this role, you will oversee the administrative and operational responsibilities associated with the company's EMEA/APAC deferred compensation and equity award initiatives. These initiatives encompass various forms of awards and options, including Restricted Stock Awards, Performance Share Units, and Deferred Stock options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate annual vesting and distribution processes by collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Respond to inquiries from participants and internal stakeholders regarding taxation, payment statuses, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Coordinate the processing of non-qualified stock option exercises with various departments.
  • Create and revise participant communications, such as plan guides and stock certificates.
  • Conduct impact analyses for termination events and assist with regulatory submissions.
  • Ensure compliance and governance of plan operations while supporting internal audit requests.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recordkeeping administration of compensation and equity plans.
  • Knowledge of UCITS regulatory framework and exposure to HR/Finance.
  • Experience in Project Management and HR Information Systems.
