Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer with expertise in Fire Sprinkler Systems. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented engineer with a robust understanding of both electrical and mechanical engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on our advanced pump systems, ensuring optimal performance for our clientele.
  • Diagnose and resolve service and warranty issues, collaborating with technical support when necessary.
  • Prepare comprehensive service documentation, including warranty claims and working hours, ensuring timely submission.
  • Log identified product quality concerns into the appropriate systems.
  • Support project execution, including installation and commissioning activities.
  • Deliver agreed maintenance services in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance hands-on service capabilities.
  • Utilize service tools and equipment proficiently.
  • Demonstrate health and safety awareness through hazard observations and accurate risk assessments.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid foundation in pump technology, complemented by a technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Extensive experience working with fire sprinkler systems and diesel engines.
  • The ability to work effectively within processes or project frameworks.
  • Strong digital literacy and proficiency in utilizing service tools and systems.
