Exciting Opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician
CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance on a government building in London.
About the Role
- Monitor and maintain mechanical plant, including pumps, motors, seals, and bearings
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on air conditioning systems, including air handling units and fan coil units
- Conduct water treatment checks and perform temperature checks
- Carry out plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets and replacing taps and washers
- Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and perform basic electrical duties
- Assist with general building fabric maintenance and escort specialist subcontractors as needed
Requirements
- City & Guilds Level 2/3 qualification in mechanical or electrical maintenance
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled with experience in a variety of maintenance tasks
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
