Exciting Opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in London. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance on a government building near Westminster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain mechanical plant, including pumps, motors, seals, and bearings
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on air conditioning systems, including air handling units and fan coil units
  • Conduct water treatment checks and ensure proper dosing
  • Carry out plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets and replacing taps and washers
  • Monitor BMS systems and perform basic electrical duties, such as lamp changes
  • Assist with general building fabric maintenance and escort specialist subcontractors as needed
Requirements:
  • Mechanical and electrical qualifications, including City & Guilds Level 2/3
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with strong communication skills and client-facing experience
