Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Westminster. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services to our clients.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and a proven track record of delivering planned maintenance and small works projects. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, on a static site in Westminster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing and maintaining critical plant, including AHUs, Boilers, Chillers, Pumps, and Pressurisation units
  • Carrying out all building services (mechanical) installs, repairs, and maintenance of sanitary ware and associated fittings, piping, and valves
  • Servicing and repairing BMS-controlled plant, including FCUs, CAVs, VAVs, actuators, valves, dampers, vents, and critical plant
