Lloyd\u2019s is seeking a Senior Market Governance and Risk Associate to support the Market Governance, Risk and Resilience Senior Manager and the Head of Market Governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake expert analysis of submissions and documents from the market to assess maturity and good practice.
  • Operate the Governance Indicators Framework, engaging with internal teams and providing reports to the Senior Manager.
  • Support the Senior Manager and Head of Function in conducting oversight, including meetings with Board Directors and Senior Executives.
  • Manage the change of control process for managing agents, reviewing applications and providing summaries to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Relevant governance and risk management experience.
  • Significant experience managing activities, priorities, and people up to a senior level.
  • Experience advising on risk management, performance, and regulation.
  • Exposure to presenting to and/or communicating with regulators.
  • Regulatory expectations in regard to governance and risk management.
