About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Risk Governance Specialist to join our Customer, Brand & Engagement (CB&E) function. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing end-to-end risk governance services, ensuring the effective management of communications risks and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of risk, process, and policy management reporting, utilizing your MI skills to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Monitor the Communications Risk Policy critical controls performance and loss events, working closely with stakeholders to ensure our communications have a positive impact on our customers.
  • Advise on matters related to risk, policy, and process governance, prioritizing multiple deliverables and stakeholder management.
  • Design and deliver regular, succinct, and meaningful risk reporting to enable Accountable Executives to understand and manage their communications risks and controls effectively.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of risk, policy, and process governance, with experience in using Microsoft Office products to a high standard.
  • Knowledge of the SM&CR and associated regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
