About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily operations of our dining services, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Your leadership will guide the team in delivering exceptional service in our restaurant.

Your Responsibilities
  • Supervise Shifts: Lead and manage shifts in the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, empowering your team to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Regularly inspect storage areas for cleanliness and organization, and conduct stock inventories as needed.
  • Team Development: Support the training and growth of team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Revenue Enhancement: Identify and implement strategies to upsell and increase departmental revenue.
  • Service Excellence: Monitor guest seating availability and ensure proactive table service.
